आकाश ज्ञान वाटिका, शुक्रवार, 27 नवम्बर 2020, देहरादून (सू.ब्यूरो)। केन्द्रीय मंत्री इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी श्री रविशंकर प्रसाद ने वर्चुअल माध्यम से एवं मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने आईटीडीए, देहरादून में आज एसटीपीआई देहरादून इन्क्यूबेशन केन्द्र का शिलान्यास किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने घोषणा की कि देहरादून में जल्द ही एक रोबोटिक लैब की स्थापना की जायेगी जिसके लिए भूमि भी उपलब्ध है। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत एवं सूचना तकनीकी राज्यमंत्री, भारत सरकार श्री संजय धोत्रे ने ई-वेस्ट स्टूडियो का उद्घाटन भी किया।

[box type=”shadow” ]केन्द्रीय मंत्री इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी श्री रविशंकर प्रसाद ने कहा कि मैं देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड से बहुत प्यार करता हूँ और वहाँ के लोगों का बहुत सम्मान करता हूँ। उत्तराखण्ड आध्यात्मिक, सांस्कृतिक एवं भारत की सभ्यतागत संस्कृति का केन्द्र है। इन्क्यूबेशन का मतलब है, सृजना। उत्तराखण्ड से वेद की शुरूआत हुई है, श्री केदारनाथ, श्री बदरीनाथ, गंगा एवं यमुना का जहाँ उद्गम स्थल हैं, उस उत्तराखण्ड राज्य से आज टेक्नॉलाजी को इंक्यूबेट कर रहे हैं। “संस्कार, संस्कृति से टेक्नॉलाजी तक”, ये उत्तराखण्ड का परिचय होना चाहिए। उत्तराखण्ड के लोगों में कार्य करने की असीमित क्षमता एवं समर्पण की भावना है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत की अगुवाई में उत्तराखण्ड राज्य तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है।

केन्द्रीय मंत्री श्री रविशंकर प्रसाद ने एसटीपीआई के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि यह इन्क्यूबेसन सेंटर बेहतर एवं आधुनिक बने। स्टार्टअप के क्षेत्र में उत्तराखण्ड में प्रबल संभावनायें हैं। उत्तराखण्ड के देहरादून एवं हल्द्वानी में बीपीओ बनाये गये हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि ‘‘चुनौती’ नाम से एक नई योजना चलाई जा रही है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य छोटे शहरों के बच्चों में भी सृजनात्मकता का विकास हो।

केन्द्रीय मंत्री श्री रविशंकर प्रसाद ने कहा कि देहरादून में एक रोबोटिक सेंटर बनाया जाय। यह भारत का महत्वपूर्ण रोबोट सेंटर बनना चाहिए। इसके लिए राज्य सरकार को पूरा सहयोग दिया जायेगा। उत्तराखण्ड का एक ब्रांड अध्यात्म है तो दूसरा रोबोटिक बनना चाहिए। आज उत्तराखण्ड के 46 अस्पताल ई-अस्पताल बन चुके हैं। ऋषिकेश एम्स अच्छा कार्य कर रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की डिजिटल इंडिया का उद्देश्य आम लोगों को टेक्नॉलॉजी के माध्यम से मजबूत बनाना है। इसके लोगों को अनेक फायदे हो रहे हैं। टेक्नॉलाजी के माध्यम से आम आदमी के जीवन को बदला जा सकता है। भारत नेट फेज-1 में उत्तराखण्ड के 1800 ग्राम पंचायत कनेक्ट हो चुके हैं। फेज-2 में भी राज्य सरकार को पूरा सहयोग दिया जायेगा। हरिद्वार में 310 ग्राम पंचायतों सीएससी सेंटर के माध्यम से 50 हजार लोगों को वाईफाई सुविधा दी गई है।[/box]

मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने एसटीपीआई देहरादून इन्क्यूबेशन केन्द्र के शिलान्यास के लिए केन्द्रीय मंत्री श्री रविशंकर प्रसाद का आभार व्यक्त किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आईटीडीए द्वारा सभी इलेक्ट्रिक वेस्ट का बेहतर इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। टीम वर्क से इलेक्ट्रानिक वेस्ट को बैस्ट में बदलने का सराहनीय कार्य किया जा रहा है। आईटी पार्क ने वर्ष 2019-20 में 150 करोड़ रूपये का व्यापार किया है। इससे 2500 से अधिक लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष रोजगार मिला है। एसटीपीआई देहरादून इन्क्यूबेशन केन्द्र बनने से स्टार्टअप को जो प्ले एण्ड प्लग की फैसिलिटी चाहिए वो उन्हें उपलब्ध होगी। इससे स्टार्टअप को और अधिक बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने कहा कि एसटीपीआई देहरादून इन्क्यूबेशन केन्द्र उत्तराखण्ड में निवेश को आकर्षित करने तथा प्रमुख आईटी/आई.टी.ई.एस. गंतव्य के रूप में स्थापित करने के लिए प्रोत्साहन देने में मददगार होगा। इससे स्टार्टअप एवं उद्यमियों के लिए अतिरिक्त इंक्यूबेसन सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने एवं राज्य में आईटी साफ्टवेयर, सेवाओं के निर्यात व उद्यमशीलता को बढ़ावा देने में भी सहायता मिलेगी। इससे राज्य में रोजगार के नये अवसर बढ़ेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत नेट-2 के प्रसार से उत्तराखण्ड में पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों से पलायन रोकने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होगी। राज्य के नौजवान हौनहार एवं प्रगतिशील विचारधारा तथा रचनात्मक सोच वाले हैं। भारत नेट फेज-2 परियोजना के तहत की 2 हजार करोड़ रूपये की इस योजना से 5991 ग्राम पंचायतों में इंटरनेट पहुँचाया जायेगा। आज हमारे नौजवान ऑनलाईन बिजनेस की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रहे हैं। ड्रोन एप्लीकेशन के क्षेत्र में भी उत्तराखण्ड में अच्छा कार्य हो रहा है। राज्य में अनेक ड्रोन के पायलेट तैयार हो रहे हैं। आने वाले समय में राज्य को इसका बहुत लाभ होगा।[/box]

आईटीडीए के निदेशक श्री अमित कुमार सिन्हा ने ई-वेस्ट स्टूडियो के विषय में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि ई-कचरा पुनर्चक्रण और निपटान के बारे में जन जागरूकता के उद्देश्य से बना यह स्टूडियो पूरी तरह से पुनर्चक्रण किये हुए ई-कचरे से तैयार किया गया है। जिसमें आंतरिक ड्रोन रेसिंग ट्रैक भी बनाया गया है। इस स्टूडियो को बनाने के लिए एकत्रित किये गए ई-कचरे को पुनः उपयोग कर 25 कंप्यूटर तैयार किये गए जिन्हें जनपद के 10 प्राथमिक विद्यालयों को भेंट किया गया।
